This page explains what personal data LuxGear collects through the offer request form on this site, why, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
When you submit the offer request form, we collect your name, email address, item description, expected price, location, and any photos you choose to attach.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your request, evaluate the item you want to sell, and coordinate a purchase. We do not use it for marketing and do not sell or share it with third parties beyond what's described below.
How long we keep it
We retain submission data for up to 30 days. After that, it is deleted unless a purchase is in progress, in which case we keep it only as long as needed to complete it. Our web server also keeps technical access logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for up to 6 months for security and troubleshooting; they contain none of the form contents.
Who processes it
Submissions are stored in Google Sheets and Google Drive (for photos), and may trigger an email notification via Gmail or Resend — all used solely to operate this form, not for any other purpose.
Analytics
We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to count visits and see which pages are used. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and cannot identify you.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you at any time.
